It is my pleasure to now write a brief testimony of my real estate experience
with Gerardo Vazquez. This began in the fall of 2005. I was struggling
with the decision if I should sell my condo in San Carlos. Gerardo was
very patient with my indecisiveness. I asked his advice, and he told me
that if I did decide to sell, the sooner the better. Gerardo told me he felt the
housing market was going to be much slower after 2005. Now we all realize
how exactly right he was!

Once I made my decision to sell, Gerardo made the rest very easy. He
guided me through all the processes, and engaged the right professionals such as
inspectors, home repair specialists, and cleaning professional.
Doing neither too much, nor too little, but just the necessary amount of
work to ensure a successful sale.

When the offers started arriving, Gerardo coached me on how to tell a good
solid offer, from a bad offer. I learned there is much more to an offer than
price alone. When the best offer arrived, Gerardo guided me on how to
negotiate the deal to a successful closure.

And finally, when the time came to sign the sales papers at the title
company, Gerardo drove me there an explained every step of the sales procedure.

I must say, when I am ready to do my next real estate transaction, I will
definitely call on Gerardo Vazquez.
